LandlordBC’s Corporate Supplier Program is designed for businesses that provide products, services, expertise, and support to rental housing providers across British Columbia. As a non-profit, membership-driven association, LandlordBC has supported BC’s rental housing sector for more than 50 years, helping members access trusted resources, service providers, education, and industry information.
Becoming a Corporate Supplier gives your company visibility within LandlordBC’s network of more than 3,300 members representing approximately 150,000 rental housing units across the province.
Through our Corporate Supplier Program, we help reputable businesses get in front of landlords and property managers who are actively looking for trusted vendors and service providers. It’s a simple, targeted way to connect with the rental housing industry, versus traditional broad public advertising, this is direct visibility with your ideal clients who need your services on a repeat basis.
Corporate Suppliers receive:
-a listing in our trusted Trades Supplier Directory (online and print).
-visibility through our quarterly magazine, The Key, and our Annual Resource Guide.
-opportunities to connect through webinars and industry in-person events.
-the ability to contribute educational content and position your business as a trusted expert.
-direct referrals to Members from our Member Services Team.
Corporate Suppliers may select up to three service listing categories for inclusion in LandlordBC’s Trades & Suppliers Directory.
One primary category is included with the annual Corporate Supplier Program fee. Up to two additional categories may be requested for $50 + GST per category, per year.
Category requests are reviewed by LandlordBC to ensure they accurately reflect the products or services your company provides.

All applications are subject to review and final approval. As part of the application process, businesses are asked to provide company details, a brief business description, service category selections, confirmation of minimum $2,000,000 liability insurance, and two references, preferably from LandlordBC members or rental housing providers. Once approved, your company will be invoiced for the annual fee and any additional category listings requested. Your listing will be activated once payment has been received.
