Provincial Investment in Affordable Housing


The Provincial Investment in Affordable Housing (PIAH) program is a commitment of $355 million to create more than 2,000 affordable rental housing units in British Columbia. 

Through the PIAH program, individuals with low to moderate income will have access to additional affordable rental housing options across the province. 

Expressions of Interest (EOI) 

BC Housing has issued a call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) to partner with municipalities, non-profit housing providers, community groups and the private sector throughout B.C.

Respondents are asked to submit their information online via MERX website by June 15, 2016 on or before 2:00 p.m Pacific Time. Responses must be submitted electronically through MERX, the electronic tendering system used by BC Housing. 

Information Sessions Webcast

Information sessions will be held for interested proponents via webcast with Q & A period: 

April 25 and April 27, 2016 from 1pm to 3pm Pacific Standard Time (PST)
