Upgrade Your Building’s Lighting

Cut Costs Immediately

Install high-efficiency LEDs and save money through LandlordBC’s RARA Lighting Rebate Program — a BC Hydro and LandlordBC retrofit program, designed specifically for rental housing providers.

Lighting runs around the clock in parkades, stairwells, and common areas; draining buildings’ capital budgets through high electricity costs. By replacing aging systems with LEDs, you save in the long-run. But starting costs can be daunting.

That’s why, when you start a lighting retrofit project through RARA,
50% of eligible project costs are covered, up to $100,000 per site.

Get started today — reduce energy consumption, reduce maintenance needs, lower operating costs and improve building performance, at half the cost.
