Landlord BC understands that retrofit financing can be a hurdle that prevents many of our members from getting started.

That’s why our Sustainability Team is continually exploring and pursuing partnerships with banks, government bodies, carbon credit brokers and investment firms to support modernization and electrification for our Members.
