Mayor Helps releases final draft recommendations put forth by City of Victoria Affordable Housing Task Force
The citizens of Victoria are invited to review and send in their input on the final draft recommendations the Mayor’s Affordable Housing Task Force proposes to present to Victoria Council in July. LandlordBC CEO David Hutniak was one of the diverse group of stakeholders participating on the task force. In a brief statement he described the task force as a great experience and a terrific example of how positive change can be advanced when you have a motivated and committed group. He particularly applauded the leadership of Mayor Helps and Councillors Isitt and Loveday for steering the task force and, City of Victoria staff for all their hard work and commitment under some extremely tight deadlines.
