This membership is for individuals or organizations who maintain exclusive or primary ownership of the rental housing property(ies) they manage. Property owner members are owners of purpose-built rental housing (apartments/multi-family), secondary suites, and investment condos for rent. They represent the largest constituency of our membership base, and highly value the expertise, services and support LandlordBC delivers every day. Annual membership dues are based on a per unit rate (the number of rental units you own/operate). LandlordBC members are expected, under the association Code of Conduct, to accurately report all rental units that they own and/or manage.
