Installing EV charging stations can help future-proof rental buildings, improve tenant satisfaction, and increase property appeal while supporting transportation electrification and climate goals.
Retrofit projects may include electrical capacity assessments, charging equipment installation, and support identifying available rebates and incentives to help reduce project costs.
